		<description>Hi Guys, sorry to see you leave Canada,I presume its in all our best interests. In any case, I thought I&#039;d let you know that the help desk system isn&#039;t working,I have posted tickets with no tickets being recorded on the Help site.
My site is up and running but I have no access to my cpanel, I tried unblocking the ip firewall and just end up with mysql error messages. I know you are all very busy with the Propagation and with the time of the year,would you mind looking into it?
I would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and all the best to you and your families in the New Year!

Having been involved in several software migrations over the years, I know exactly how frustrating and complex this can be. And all I dealt with was software. You guys had the whole magilla.
