Very early on one of the affiliate pages touted the value of being a hosting reseller because GVO would handle tech support for our clients. When I asked for details on that I was told that was just placeholder text. To really take advantage of reseller hosting we need to know exactly how tech support should be handled and it would help to have something like ModernBill to automate client signups. 2.
