Mark and Ken went into great detail teaching us how to use the various tools/functions in the room. Ideas were also provided as to how to apply various strategies using the conference room that will promote and help make sales for us. Mark and Ken continue to do an excellent job. I look forward to learning and gaining more skills next time. Thanks for providing such awesome trainers. It will really be great to have GVO Academy back to 'normal'.
