A suggestion: Some of the videos are hard to understand and follow on the website as far as member accounts are concerned. When I log in and I see my options to choose what I would like, most of the videos are a little techie and I have been really working hard to get my site up and running. Also, let your members know that they need to use Internet Explorer if they use Quicksite and also cpanel. For some reason, your software does not like Mozilla Firefox.
