for the grandopening of the data center run a contest on the best video comments posted on your blog
it would mean using the video comments plugin here http://riffly.com/ or makeing your own in house version then have them on a vote page this would be a traffic getter start letting affilates know first and offer them
free access to the next bootcamp or something of great value like that
then a different offer to non affilates to bring them to kiosk or hc a lot more can be done with this but this is a start let me know if it sounds good

Working in a non-english country it would be fine with more translations. Understand that you not can do all this by your selves. When you are producing new promotion material, maybe it could be possible to do some “templates” with the most important messages where we could translate/fill in text in our own lanugages. I suppose you have trusted affiliates working in those languages who could do this work for you and you can then make the tranlations available for everyone who wants.

Features.
For me and the way I use HC it would be fine with the White board function togehter with powerpoints.

Full duplex, Skype and many country phone companies offers conference calls with up to approx 10 participiants. If we could compete here it would be fine, “small” conference rooms with full duplex for up to maybe 10 people.

With all the new broadband, will the numbers of possible visitors to video live shows increase (compare e.g. ustream.tv)?
