I like what I have seen so far and have nearly jumped in but I would like your sitebuilder to be a little more friendly for semi beginners like us

Hi Joel,
I'm so glad you are doing this. I have sooo many ideas that I have been wanting to share with you, but I will try to be brief.

More training and a day schedule rather than a static one would be great. We have such talented members that are eager to share their knowledge, so why not let them. How awesome would it be to prospective customers to see a full schedule of events and classes!

As for features, video recording of the room, being able to temp share moderator functions with others, accessiblitiy for Mac users, if the DTS could be modified so that participants could still communicate with the mod ( maybe the DTS area not include the text area or list of people?). Ability to lock the room aft the meeting has started. These are all features that I have seen in other conferencing software.

There should be an option for those totally new to web hosting, maybe some turnkey reseller sites so they can get started right away. I am available to welcome new members and do an orientation to help them get started. This would cut down on the number of support tickets for the simple how-tos

Both the public and the member's only room could easily be setup for 24/7 training and or marketing. Just have the home page of the rooms display a dropdown menu (1 for each HC & Kiosk?)of training audios and/or videos so that people can select what they would like to learn.

lastly, I live in San Antonio and am avail to meet with you or any of your staff anytime. I'll help out anyway I can.

Thanks.

1. It is my understanding that (worldwide) only 3 to 4% of people use MACs, so creating a MAC version of Hot Conference would seem to be a less than efficient use of programming time. Especially considering that the newer MACs are said to be fairly Windows compatible. With that said, creating a way for people to easily phone into a conference would be a great service to everyone who doesn't have Internet access, as well as MAC owners.

2. A way to interactively communicate when in desktop sharing is badly needed--possibly the capability to text chat.

3. Also, the ability to conference with a streaming video would be nice.
